After aseptically prepared the normal anus position, lidocain 2% has been infiltrated and a circular excision performed on the skin, then the pelvic canal has been bluntly dissected and rectum exteriorized, then sutured with the perineal skin with simple interrupted sutures. The end of the rectum is cut and meconium evacuated.
