STVS offers Distance Learning course leading to the award of a Certificate in Slaughterhouse Operation and Management which is covered over a period of 5 weeks. This includes 4 weeks working on the Module units, with the final week for practical sessions, assessment and course evaluation. The course has four units organized as follows
